Where do we ship from?

All orders are shipped from our head Office in Boisbriand, Canada.

Where do we ship to?

We ship to Canada, USA and International (excluding some countries). 

How much does shipping cost?

(If you have used a discount code, the amount to qualify for FREE SHIPPING is after the discount code usage)

Free Pick Up at Boisbriand : Between 10 A.M and 8:00 P.M 

Free shipping for all orders over 120$ for CANADA (1-2 business days with Purolator or Livrapide) *If your package is sent by Poste Canada it may take 2-6 days. 

Free shipping for all orders over 120$ for USA (5-10 business days)

We chose to charge a Flat Rate for Canada & USA.

Canada : 9.99$

USA : 9.99$

International : Calculated at checkout. 

NOTE: If you choose NO TRACKING at check out, We are NOT responsible for lost packages. We will not provide a refund if the package is lost or not delivered due to any reasons. Please remember the risk of loosing your package prior to choosing No track shipping option!

*Shipping during holidays:

Our shipping carriers are unfortunately experiencing delays in processing, updating and delivering parcels. You might have longer shipping delays than usual. 

We try our best to ship all orders on the day of purchase but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. Usually, during normal weeks, it takes 1-2 days for us to process your order.

During busy weeks (holidays, new launches, restocks), please allow 2-3 days for us to process your order.  

Will there be customs and duties?

There will be no customs and duties in Canada.

We do not cover customs fees or duties on all orders that may be subject to. Please contact your local customs for more details.

What happen if you refuse to pay customs fee or duties?

If you refuse to pay customs fees or duties, the package will be returned to us. Once we received the package back, you will be charged the the extra fee for the return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What should you do if your package is lost?

Email alowacustomerservice@gmail.com including your order number and we will assist you.

Our customer service will get back to you within 1 to 2 business days.

*Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address information. Also, we are not responsible for damaged or stolen shipments.
