Too tight, not stretchy

Design and color are beautiful but the size chart is just wrong. I am a 32b (I’m 5’2 and 49kg) and according to the chart I am an XS... this could not be more inaccurate. The top is incredibly tight to the point where putting and taking it off is extremely difficult and painful; not to mention it's hard to breathe when wearing it.

I contacted customer support and they told me the top does not stretch more overtime (perhaps would be useful to mention this beforehand?) and that the item is final sale. I knew the top was final sale when purchasing but I guess this is my bad for trusting their sizing chart.

We understand that it can be frustrating when the size chart does not accurately reflect the fit of the product. We could have made an exception with pleasure, but unfortunately, we no longer have larger sizes in stock. When you bought the item, only extra small sizes were available, which is why they were on sale and final sale.

Our size chart is designed to be as accurate as possible, based on feedback from our customers. It works the majority of the time, but some bras have less stretch than others, and we will make sure to mention this on our website.

Different body types can affect the fit, and we apologize for any inconvenience. We are always available to answer your questions before the purchase.
