Our shipping carriers may experience delays in processing, updating, and delivering packages. We do our best to ship all orders on the day of purchase, but this is not guaranteed.

• Canada: No customs duties or taxes.
• International: Customs duties and taxes are not covered by Alowa Apparel. Please contact your local customs office for more details.
• If you refuse to pay duties or taxes:
  The package will be returned to Alowa. Once received, additional return fees will apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs. We are not responsible for packages held by customs, as this is beyond our control.
