Shipping and Processing Time
- Normal processing time: 1 to 3 business days.
- Processing time during busy periods: During peak weeks (holidays, new launches, promotions), please allow 2 to 5 business days for order processing.

Shipping Fees
Free Pickup: Available in Boisbriand during business hours.
Free Shipping:
- Orders over $120 for Canada (1-2 business days with Purolator or Xpresspost, or 2-6 days with Canada Post).
- Orders over $120 for the United States (5-10 business days).
Flat Rates:
- Canada: $9.99
- United States: $9.99
- International: Calculated at checkout.
Important Note:
If you choose the no tracking option, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Please assess the risk before selecting this option.
Holiday Shipping
Our shipping carriers may experience delays in processing, updating, and delivering packages. We do our best to ship all orders on the day of purchase, but this is not guaranteed.
Customs Duties and Taxes
- Canada: No customs duties or taxes.
- International: Customs duties and taxes are not covered by Alowa Apparel. Please contact your local customs office for more details.
- If you refuse to pay duties or taxes:
The package will be returned to Alowa. Once received, additional return fees will apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customs Delays
Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs. We are not responsible for packages held by customs, as this is beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost:

Customer Responsibility:
- We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address.
- We are not responsible for packages that are damaged or stolen during delivery.
